For the launch of their groundbreaking new project, Skyrise, Binghatti Architects once again chose us to produce a compelling promotional film to share their vision with the world.
Our goal was to craft a narrative-driven short film that would capture the ambition and creativity embodied in both Skyrise and the Binghatti brand.
The result was an elegant, captivating film that received enthusiastic praise and achieved great success as Binghatti unveiled Skyrise at the luxurious Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai.

THE STORY
The story of Skyrise is one of creativity, ambition, and luxury. Through the eyes of our main character, a visionary architect, we gain insight into his creative process—watching him envision his masterpiece, sketch its first plans, and ultimately bring it to life.
THE PROCESS
The final product emerged from the collaboration of many passionate creative minds united under a single vision.
Numerous teams played a crucial role in bringing this short film to life. Guided by Arqui9’s creative direction, the artistic vision took shape through a storyboard, moodboard, and initial animatic, which cemented our concept.
Arqui9 then partnered with an expert crew of cinematographers and videographers to capture the live-action elements. This was followed by an intensive phase of 3D rendering and compositing to seamlessly blend the live-action footage with digital elements.
OUR APPROACH
To make the film more dynamic and showcase the project from various perspectives, we combined live-action with diverse styles and techniques, allowing the building and its revolutionary architecture to truly shine and take center stage.
This approach aimed to create a lasting impression on the viewer's memory.
